Powerful, inspiring, and sometimes overwhelming, the Grand Canyon has many things to do and also attracts 5 million visitors every year. Is that even a surprise? You’d be hard-pressed to find a person who doesn’t see the majesty in this natural wonder.

All the park’s activities, including the Grand Canyon’s many hiking trails, require a little planning which includes fueling the body with food. However, food isn’t something directly associated with this natural wonder of the world. Depending on your entry point, there are restaurants near the Grand Canyon or within an hour’s drive so you can fuel up or fill the tank after a long day of adventure.

 

North Rim

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is closed during the winter months, as it experiences winter weather that isn’t friendly for visitors. When the weather is pleasant, the North Rim is the least frequented by tourists, and you can take in the views at your own leisurely pace.
